MindSearch provides AI-powered features such as AI search and AI bots.
How AI Data Is Handled
- User inputs and outputs are processed to deliver the requested functionality
- AI processing is performed using Microsoft Azure AI services
- We do not use customer data to train our own models
- Microsoft processes data under its contractual and privacy commitments
Customers are responsible for ensuring they do not submit unlawful or prohibited content.
7. SOCIAL AND ENTERPRISE LOGINS
If you choose to sign in using a third-party identity provider (e.g., Microsoft), we receive basic profile information necessary for authentication, such as:
- Name
- Email address
- User identifier
We do not control how third-party providers use your data.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Meet legal, accounting, and security requirements
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
